Agent setup help
Check the connection
Ask your agent:
Check my Biosimulant account and tell me whether this connection is for me or for a team. Do not change anything.Confirm the account, then create a session and paste its prompt into your agent. Runs and other saved work appear in that session.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| “Only public PKCE clients are supported” | In ChatGPT, choose Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) under Advanced OAuth settings. |
| “No app actions available yet” | Finish sign-in, then Refresh the connection. Reconnect if access has expired. |
| Custom connections are missing | Check your plan and workspace policy; an administrator may need to allow them. |
| No tools appear | Finish sign-in. In Claude, enable the connector; in ChatGPT, select the connection; in Codex, check MCP servers. |
| Consent expired or shows the wrong account | Restart sign-in or use Switch account on the consent screen. |
| Studio is waiting for your agent | Paste the session prompt into your connected agent. Ask it to confirm the session it joined. |
Connect for a team
During sign-in, choose Personal or a team under Connect for.
- Personal can access your personal work and the teams you belong to. New work is personal.
- A team can access only that team’s work. New work belongs to the team.
Your role limits what the connection can do. Team connections stop working when you leave the team. To use both contexts, add a separate connection for each. See team access.
Workflow guidance
Your agent can load Biosimulant’s scientific guidance with skill_list and skill_get. Optional downloadable skills cover Biosimulant workflows, Model Requirements Specifications and Modeling Technical Specifications.
These guides do not add tools or permissions. See the model qualification track for how the specifications are used.
Manage access
Sign-in handles credentials; do not paste tokens or authorization codes into prompts. Revoke access in Biosimulant Settings → Connections.
