# Raw Commands `biosimulant raw` was a migration bridge to Desktop's private IPC catalog. It is not part of the canonical headless CLI. Use the task-oriented commands in the [canonical command reference](/references/cli/command-reference). Desktop-only actions such as opening windows, changing visual settings, and managing application state remain private application code. Existing scripts should follow the [native CLI migration guide](/references/cli/migration).
