# ChatGPT web

Add a custom connection once on web. New sessions use the same connection.

1. Open [ChatGPT Plugins](https://chatgpt.com/plugins) → **+ → Add custom MCP server**.
2. Name it **Biosimulant**, paste the address below and choose **OAuth**.

```text
https://api.biosimulant.com/mcp
```

3. In **Advanced OAuth settings**, choose **Dynamic Client Registration (DCR)**. Keep the discovered endpoints; no client secret is needed.
4. Create the connection, sign in to Biosimulant and install your custom connection.
5. [Create a session in Studio](/studio/quickstart). In a new ChatGPT chat, select Biosimulant with **@** and paste the session prompt.

The Biosimulant plugin is coming soon. Use the custom connection for now.

Using staging? Copy the server address from staging Studio instead.

Custom connections depend on your account and workspace permissions. Use **DCR**, rather than CIMD. If tools are missing after sign-in, select **Refresh** in the connection settings.

See [OpenAI's custom MCP guide](https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/custom-mcp-server).
